Digital or Business Banking App Account Deletion Request

Your privacy is important to us, if you have decided to no longer utilize our Digital or Business Banking App and would like to request the app account deleted; please choose the best form action that works best for you.**

  • Send Us a Secure Message through Digital or Business Banking requesting app account deletion
  • Complete Feedback Form located underneath the Contact Us link on our home page; www.kvsb.com In the Subject include: App Account Deletion Request
  • Call the Wamego Branch at 785-456-2021 and ask for Bookkeeping, after customer identification has been verified, you will need to inform KVSB Representative of the deletion request and provide your login name.

Deletion request will result in disabling and removing all data from KVSB Digital and Business Banking, as well as access to additional services accessed with those login credentials. (Example: Allied Bill Pay, ePay$, Remote Deposit Capture)

For fraud prevention, information about access device for registered users is stored for 18 months. Access Device would include Device type, IP address; when deletion is complete this information is removed.

**Please take note that this is not deletion of a user’s account(s) with KVSB, rather it applies only to account data created by the mobile app.
